Driving and exploring

Hold Drive to accelerate. Brake / Reverse slows you down, then backs up. The larger arrow and pedal buttons keep your input held if your thumb drifts outside. Lift your thumb to release, or slide into the paired button to switch direction. Use Low Range for slower obstacle climbing. Use + and − to adjust the camera zoom. Stop the vehicle before choosing On Foot. Walk back beside it to get in again.

Where am I?

The blue-and-white arrow shows your position and facing direction on the minimap. Open Map for the larger view and the YOU label. This marker follows your in-game vehicle or character, not your real-world movement.

I found every gem

Free Roam shows Hunt Complete and records your completed hunt. Choose Start Next Hunt for fresh gem positions. Keep Exploring lets you stay in the completed area. A saved 12/12 hunt can be reopened through Free Roam or its pause menu.

Map and location help

The neighborhood picker centers on your location automatically if permission is allowed. You can search for a place or move the map manually. Choose Drive This 1 km Area to download it. Map coverage varies; unmapped buildings, businesses or water may be missing. Refresh Saved Map Detail downloads newer detail for the same area.

A failed download keeps the last saved area available. Practice Park and a saved area can be played offline. Courses can use mapped alleys and parking lanes as well as streets. Smaller loops are supported. When no loop works, the game can offer an out-and-back course with a far checkpoint and room to turn around. Follow every checkpoint back to the start; larger trucks may need to reverse at tight turns.

No course found?

Visible lanes are not always included or connected in the map data. Buildings, water, steep ground and limited turning room can also prevent a course. Try Refresh This Map, or Refresh Saved Map Detail in the area menu. You can choose a nearby area, stay in Free Roam or use Offline Practice.

Courses include gems and obstacles where the map has enough clear space. Shorter routes can have fewer collectibles and driving tasks.

Use an official messaging channel on PicketZen. Include your device model, iOS version, game build and what you were doing when the problem happened. For map problems, a public place name is enough—please do not send your home address, passwords or private location history.
